Dawn Marks New Beginning With Oregon

Oregon Timber Frame is celebrating the success of 'positive partnering' with public and private sector housing provider, Dawn Homes, after working with them on two developments in Lanarkshire.

Oregon, one of the largest privately-owned timber frame manufacturers in the UK, is supplying the structural timber frames for a 55 unit development in Gowkthrapple, Wishaw and a larger development in Mossblown.

The development at Mossblown, comprises 73 units with mostly 3/4 bedroom detached homes in a variety of styles, plus a number of 3-bed terraced houses for an RSL.

Prestwick-based Dawn Homes, founded in 1972, is a committed timber frame specifier, and has been extremely impressed with Oregon. Mr Martin Egan, Managing Director of Dawn Homes comments:
