    Elaine works closely with our existing housebuilders clients and promotes Oregon Timber Frame Limited portfolio throughout the UK. Elaine is a member of the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management and has been part of the team since 1999. Elaine commented “We are focused on offering our clients a professional, approachable and cost effective solution for their timber frame needs.   • George Mckinlay

    CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR - OREGON CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

    George has over 32 years practical experience in the timber frame industry. He joined Oregon Timber Frame in 2003 as General Manager and was promoted to Construction Director at the end of 2015.

    George was aware of the severe skills shortages across the industry and focussed on recruiting Apprentices to undertake the 2 year Specialist Apprentice Programme in Timber Frame Erection at South Lanarkshire College. He commented "This is an exciting opportunity as we will be the first Company to deliver this project and we are now looking at other colleges to take this on board".

     

  • Robin Dodyk

    TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

    Robin is a Chartered Architectural Technologist, providing technical support for all departments within Oregon. Robin works closely both Sales to assist in promoting the benefits of timber frame and our Contract Management team who erect the final product.’’

  • Kenny Dunkley

    JOINT MANAGING DIRECTOR

    Kenny Dunkley-Option 1

    Kenny is a Chartered Architectural Technologist and founder member of Oregon Timber Frame with over 30 years Technical and Commercial experience in the construction industry. Kenny previous roles with Oregon were Design and Commercial Director and at the beginning of 2015 he became Joint MD with Peter Wade.

    He commented `Oregon have organically grown the business and won repeat work by developing strong relationships with both our clients and supply chain since Oregon's inception in 1998'

  • Peter Wade

    JOINT MANAGING DIRECTOR

    Peter is a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (B'Eng Degree) and has experience in various manufacturing and operations management roles. He joined Oregon in 2005 as Operations Manager. and was promoted to Operations Director shortly after. At the start of 2015 Peter became Joint MD with Kenny Dunkley.

  • Roderick Lawson

    CHAIRMAN & FINANCIAL DIRECTOR

    A Chartered Accountant with a degree in Civil Engineering, Roderick has been involved in the construction industry throughout his career. He was one of the founder members of Oregon Timber Frame Ltd, which started trading in Jedburgh in 1998, and has seen the Company outgrow those premises and move to Selkirk where there is substantial capacity to expand. He commented: ‘ I am very pleased we have a team at Oregon committed to customer service, and where we have an ethos of continuous improvement. We endeavour to conduct business in a professional and straightforward manner and provide a high level of technical competence.’

    He chairs a Board consisting of 4 executive directors and 3 non­executive Directors, all of whom have held senior positions in business.
