I have worked with Oregon Timber Frame for several years now and enjoy our working relationship. Firstly they are a friendly, approachable, organization who are always happy to help. Their team really do have a “can do” attitude. Their product is first class, with product knowledge at the forefront of the industry. Transport is dependable and flexible. Their site teams are knowledgeable and eager to please, with the supervision back up excellent. Oregon’s attitude to Health and Safety is exemplary as well as pro-active. Commercially, Oregon always demonstrates key partnering skills. I look forward to working with Oregon for years to come.

Oregon Timber Frame have been a pleasure to deal with from design right through to the construction of the timber frame. They have an outstanding knowledge of their product and assist all the way through the process. Working with Oregon has presented a partnership with great value. Their honesty and integrity and desire for innovation always shines through! They provide strong communication and ownership of continual improvement from provision of their product from the factory, to the behaviour of their erecting operatives during tasks and activities on site. Time is what they are willing to give as they continue to improve their business and like all good businesses be fit for the future

Kevin Whitaker

Regional Chairman, CALA Group

CALA has worked with Oregon for many years. CALA’s relationship with Oregon is based on trust and professionalism honed to deliver a quality product in a cost efficient and sustainable way. At the Trinity Park development, Oregon contributed heavily in the initial assessment of the project. This was further enhanced on site by the delivery of the timber framing in a first class manner, completed quickly and collaboratively with the CALA team, to the exacting design standards. The development was recognised as the UK’s Best House and UK’s Best Development 2013 at the annual What House Award Ceremonies.

Andrew Fergusson

Production Director, Miller Homes

Miller has had a long and successful partnership with Oregon and we have found them to be effective, efficient, reliable and very professional. Relationships with Oregon are good from the MD to the operatives on site: from top to bottom they are a particularly courteous team. At St Andrew’s Brae Bearsden we had quite a challenging site. We were building both large detached houses and 3 storey flats, requiring a lot of different construction components, all of which were successfully delivered by Oregon. Ground conditions were challenging too, with different elevations across the site and restricted access and deliveries. Oregon’s site management was excellent, very professional, with everything running to programme despite the difficulties.

Mark Swift

Commercial Manager, Wates Living Space

Oregon actively supported Wates H & S procedures. They took their pre-order research very seriously, developing logistics and lifting, substantially mitigating a high risk item for Wates; on a £5m sub-contract over 26 sites Oregon had zero accidents.

J. Mark Swift

Commercial Manager, Wates Living Space

Oregon has carried out the design, manufacture and erection of timber frames to 326nr apartments across 24 separate sites within the Kirklees Excellent Homes for Life PFI project with a Subcontract order value of £5m. Oregon and their erection subcontractor have actively supported Wates’ health and safety procedures and quickly addressed any improvements raised by our operations team. Oregon took their pre-order research into the project very seriously and visited all sites and developed logistic and lifting plans very early in the design process - due to some of the sites having very restricted access and small foot-prints - this substantially mitigated a high risk item for Wates. Despite the size of the subcontract and the number of different sites Oregon worked on, they have had zero accidents. They have gone the extra mile in commissioning bespoke hi-viz clothing for their operatives and staff on the project, emblazoned with ‘Oregon working with Wates Living Space’.
