At Oregon we pride ourselves on the service we provide to our customers. We are constantly talking to our customers to understand their needs. However, this year we have also decided to launch an on-line customer satisfaction survey.
We will be asking questions about a variety of topics such as:
- Our Timber Frame product
- Sales and service support
- Our Technical Backup
- Our performance and experience onsite
It is really important to us to get some valuable feedback about how satisfied our customers are, so that we can understand not only what you think we are doing well in, but also whether there are any areas which we need to address in order to improve further.
We are using Survey Monkey which means that you can enter your responses on-line, and completely anonymously. The survey is open from now until Friday 1st December.
